When is the app available?
Actually Cooked is in final testing and coming soon to the App Store. The home page is the best place to check back.
A recipe didn’t generate.
Check your internet connection and try again. Your first 2 recipes are free; after that, recipe generation requires Actually Cooked Pro.
The recipe doesn’t match my order.
For best results, use a clear screenshot of your cart, or tap “type a dish name” on the home screen to enter the dish directly.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchases.” If you still have trouble, use “Manage Subscription.”
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Actually Cooked. You can also reach this via “Manage Subscription” in the app. See our Terms for billing details.
How do I connect my grocery store?
Open any recipe and tap “Add to Kroger Cart.” You can connect Kroger, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, QFC, King Soopers, and other Kroger-family stores.
How is my data handled?
Your screenshots are read on your device, and there’s no account to create. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Reset All Data.” This permanently removes your recipes and savings from your device.
